5. Refund & Exchange Rules

 Non-Plant Items (Pots & Accessories)-  Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.

 Potted Natural Plants- While live plants are naturally perishable, an exception is made allowing exchanges within 14 days of purchase provided the plant remains in good, healthy condition.

Refund Processing Time- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 working days after inspection of the returned items.
